Pandemic is back? 2021 lock down?


 COVID-19 as we all seen biggest and horrific disease 'Night- Mare' for all the human beings on the planet, last year same situations we aren't aware of the situation, but now we are going to face the same situation? 

World is going to be locked down again? why the cases are increasing rapidly after getting the vaccine ?

should the common people suffer again for food & shelter ?

over all the situations are seems to be same after getting vaccine doses, but why we are facing the same situation again? after the vaccine? its been exactly a year were we have seen the lock down face for months , after a year we are into the same face rapid increase of cases we can see thought the world after analysing the situation by common people they should be aware of the safety precautions & follow the measures  which they have taken previously, or else we need to face again the lock down period already in some country's government have implemented lock down & in some country's lock down implemented from night   to morning to control the situation!
